Bridge Assets to Blast

light
The deFarm Mainnet Beta operates on the Blast Network, where ETH is the native token. This means that gas fees for transactions will be paid in ETH. Additionally, the most widely used stablecoin on the Blast Network is USDB, which has been deployed by the Blast Foundation team.
USDB contract address is: 0x4300000000000000000000000000000000000003.

Withdraw ETH from CEXs

Initially, you should transfer your ETH from CEXs to your on-chain wallet. If your ETH is already on-chain, you can bypass this step.
At present, most CEXs do not offer direct ETH withdrawal to the Blast Network. Therefore, the initial step involves withdrawing to other blockchains. For this purpose, we strongly recommend using popular Layer 2 known for their low transaction fees, such as Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base.

Bridge ETH to Blast

Once you've successfully withdrawn your ETH to another blockchain, the next step involves bridging your ETH to the Blast Network. For this task, we have integrated a leading bridge aggregator, Swing.xyz, into our dApp to facilitate asset transfers.

Simply click on "Bridge & Swap," and a panel for bridging assets will appear as shown below.

If your current blockchain in MetaMask matches the "From" blockchain, you're ready to proceed. If not, use the "Switch Chain" button to switch to the appropriate blockchain for transaction confirmation.
Now, select the amount of ETH you want to bridge and click "Get Quotes" to see the exchange rate and fees. Remember to retain at least $1 in ETH on your wallet in the "From" blockchain to cover the gas fee.

Finally, click "Start Transfer," then confirm your transaction on MetaMask, and your ETH will be transferred to the Blast network in just a few minutes.

Other Bridges

If you prefer using other bridges, several dApps are available, but comes highly recommended.

To bridge your ETH, simply select your current blockchain in the "From" field, choose Blast as your destination in the "To" field, enter the amount of ETH you wish to bridge, and click "Send". The video below is a clear tutorial:
Because L2s operate as EVM-compatible blockchains, there's no need to change your wallet address. All you need to do is connect to Blast on your MetaMask by following the instructions provided in the . Your ETH will likely be sent to Blast Network in just under a minute.

Swap ETH to USDB

Given that USDB is the premier stablecoin on the Blast Network and is currently the chosen deposit asset for our Single Farm product, your final step is to exchange the ETH you've bridged for USDB.
For this exchange process, we highly endorse using Thruster DEX (or Blaster) due to their liquidity. You can find a direct link to swap ETH for USDB on their dApp: or .
When you visit the provided link, the destination token should automatically be set to USDB. If, for any reason, it isn't, you can easily select USDB from the default token list available on Thruster, as shown.

Once USDB is selected, enter the amount of ETH you wish to convert into USDB. It's important to retain a small amount of ETH in your wallet to cover future transaction fees (gas fees). However, he gas fees on the Blast Network are notably low, typically ranging from $0.1 to $0.4 per transaction, payable in ETH. Therefore, keeping about 0.005 ETH in your wallet, which is roughly $15 - $20, should be more than enough to cover these costs.

After completing the swap, you can verify your USDB balance in MetaMask by adding the token. Simply click on "Import Tokens," and then paste the USDB contract address into the required field: 0x4300000000000000000000000000000000000003
This step makes sure you can easily track and manage your USDB holdings within your MetaMask wallet.

And your amount of USDB is then clearly displayed like below:
